Wholesale
We love eating out and about around the north coast. So, our wholesale operations are dedicated to servicing the needs of local restaurants, clubs and cafes, providing them with quality products and outstanding service. Products we'd love to eat ourselves. We provide a range of quality bakery products to meet the needs of our diverse clientele, ranging from prestige resorts with up-market restaurants to local sporting clubs for their sports-day barbecues.
Our creative and innovative bakers are available to create and deliver custom bakery products to meet the needs of local chefs, restaurants, cafes and their menus. Clients who secure high volume orders for new creations have the potential to lock in exclusive use of these products for their venue, for the duration of those orders.
We pride ourselves on delivering a great local product. The vast majority of our products are baked on site by our local bakehouse team. Wherever possible we source ingredients locally, allowing us to work more closely with our suppliers to ensure consistent quality, while also stimulating the local economy and reducing our carbon footprint.
Once baked, our wholesale products are delivered to the door of our clients by our friendly staff.
Retail
We take great pride in delivering delicious products and friendly service direct to our local retail customers at our shopfront bakery in the Kingscliff Village Shopping Centre.
Our store is open from 6am to 4:30pm, 7 days a week.
In addition to our beautiful bread, rolls, sweets and treats we offer a range of gourmet products including Ciabatta loaves and rolls, and our new gourmet pie product line.
